Paid Advertising Management
Find out how much of your ad budget is buying nothing.
A $1,950 Paid Media Audit reviews account structure, wasted spend, tracking accuracy and competitor positioning, then hands you a ranked action list. Two weeks. Most accounts have double-digit waste hiding in plain sight.
How we charge
A flat fee, so we do not profit from your budget growing.
Most agencies charge a percentage of ad spend, commonly ten to twenty percent. It is the industry default and it contains an obvious tension: the agency earns more when you spend more, whether or not the extra spend performs.
marive charges a flat monthly fee by scope. If we recommend cutting your budget because a channel has stopped returning, our fee does not move. Above $75,000 in monthly spend a twelve percent model applies, because the work genuinely scales at that level, and we say so up front.
Channels
Budget follows evidence.
Google captures people already searching. LinkedIn reaches the right job titles before they search, at a much higher cost per click. Meta is cheap reach that works for some B2B categories and none of others. Retargeting is usually the highest returning line in the account and the most neglected.
The split between them is a testable question, not a preference. We start where intent is highest and expand only when the numbers justify it.
The work
Six things a real retainer covers.
A fee that buys someone checking a dashboard once a month is not management. Here is what is actually included.
Account architecture
Campaign and ad group structure rebuilt so budget, bidding and reporting actually align with how you sell.
Audience and targeting
Intent tiers, exclusions, account lists and lookalikes, with the negative work done properly rather than once at setup.
Creative and copy
Ad variants written and tested against each other, with creative direction that matches the landing page promise.
Bidding and budget
Strategy chosen per campaign rather than defaulted, with pacing monitored so nothing quietly overspends.
Tracking and attribution
Conversion events verified end to end, offline conversions imported where the sale closes off-platform.
Reporting
Cost per qualified lead and pipeline contribution, not impressions and clicks presented as achievements.
Pricing
Flat fees, published.
Industry management fees run 10 to 20 percent of ad spend, or flat retainers of $1,500 to $10,000 a month. Ad spend is always paid directly to the platforms and never passes through us.

Questions
Common questions.
How much does PPC management cost?
Agency management fees typically run 10 to 20 percent of ad spend, or a flat retainer of roughly $1,500 to $10,000 per month, with most B2B companies paying $2,500 to $5,000. marive charges flat fees: $1,950 for a one-time audit, then $2,450, $4,950 or $8,950 per month by scope, with ad spend paid directly to the platforms.
Is a flat fee better than a percentage of ad spend?
A flat fee removes the incentive problem. Under a percentage model the agency earns more whenever your budget grows, whether or not the extra spend performs. A flat fee means a recommendation to cut a failing channel costs us nothing, which is the point.
How much should we spend on ads?
B2B companies commonly invest $5,000 to $25,000 per month in media for meaningful lead generation, though the right figure depends on your deal size, sales cycle and margin. The audit gives you a defensible number rather than a guess.
How long before paid advertising works?
Leads often arrive in the first week, but reaching efficient cost per acquisition usually takes two to three months of testing across copy, audiences, landing pages and bid strategies. Judging an account before that period is judging the testing phase, not the performance.
Do you take ownership of our ad accounts?
No. Accounts stay in your name with us granted access. If the engagement ends you keep the account, the history and the learnings. Agencies that own client accounts are creating switching costs rather than earning retention.
Which platforms do you manage?
Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft Ads and YouTube, plus retargeting across them. Which combination makes sense depends on where your buyers show intent, and the audit answers that with data from your own account rather than a template.
What if our landing pages are the problem?
That is frequently the real issue, and we will say so rather than continue optimising traffic into a page that cannot convert. Funnel and landing page work is a separate service, and sometimes the honest recommendation is to pause spend until the page is fixed.
