Terms of Service

Last updated 27 August 2026

These terms govern your use of marive.com and any services you purchase from marive. By placing an order you agree to them.

Services

We provide the marketing services described on this site. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for your engagement are set out in the service description at the point of purchase and in any written scope we agree with you.

Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes where applicable.
  • Prices exclude advertising spend and third-party software, which you purchase directly and own.
  • One-time audits and fixed-scope projects are paid in full at checkout.
  • Monthly engagements are billed for the first month at checkout and invoiced monthly thereafter.
  • Invoices are due within fourteen days. We may suspend work on overdue accounts.

Minimum terms and cancellation

Audits carry no minimum term. Monthly retainers carry a three-month minimum, or twelve months for the Revenue Growth System, after which they continue month to month. Either party may end a monthly engagement with thirty days written notice once the minimum term has been served.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide timely access to accounts, data and people needed to do the work.
  • Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable period.
  • Ensure any materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the deliverables produced specifically for you, including strategy documents, content, page builds and system configurations. marive retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates and internal tooling, and may describe the work in general terms for its own marketing without disclosing confidential information.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other party confidential information private and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

No guarantee of results

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, your sales process and the behaviour of third-party platforms and search algorithms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citations, lead volumes or revenue, and any figures published on this site are market benchmarks or illustrative models rather than promises.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be notified to you in writing. Questions: hello@marive.com.
